We are currently looking for a Principal Consultant to be part of our vibrant and fast‑growing Industrial Operations team (flexible location preferably north or south of Italy).
YOUR ROLE IN LIFEBEE Within our Industrial Operations Business Line, reporting to the BL Manager, you will actively contribute to further developing and enhancing our business by driving and enhancing customer satisfaction and engagement through project and resource planning and coordination.
You will lead projects for key local and international Clients in the Pharmaceutical industry by defining, planning, monitoring activities and resources, providing subject matter expertise as well as overseeing technical support when required You will oversee the implementation and integration of market‑leading software solutions for Life Sciences You will provide guidance and mentorship to other team members encouraging their professional growth and development You will be at the frontline enhancing close collaboration with local and global software vendors Furthermore, you will contribute to the growth and further development of Life Bee business by getting involved in sales activities such as offer preparation and negotiation with clients in line with profitability goals Lastly, you will also be involved in technical validation and review specification activities Profile and Skills Proven experience gained in similar roles, at least 5-6 years STEM degree preferred (e.g., computer science, computer engineering, biomedical engineering, statistics, mathematics, physics) Experience leading the digital delivery of IT software solutions in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in one or more of the following domains: MES/EBR,
