As a Contract Manager, you will support Proposal and Sales teams during the offer preparation and negotiation phases, contributing to the analysis, identification,
and evaluation of contractual and legal risks and adoption of mitigation actions. Additionally, you will assist Project Managers during the contract execution phase, helping to monitor contractual obligations, manage claims-related aspects, and ensure alignment with agreed terms and conditions and compliance with Italian Law. You’ll make an impact by:
- providing clear contractual analysis and advice to sales/proposal and project manager teams on matters concerning contractual obligations, contract risk, and claim management in collaboration with legal department;
- managing daily commercial and contractual issues;
- supporting, from a contractual and legal point of view, proposal/sales teams during the contract negotiation;
- ensuring mitigation of risks both during negotiation and execution phases;
- reviewing incoming correspondence of client and/or suppliers/subcontractors, and drafting official correspondence;
- preparing variation orders, change
