Mission Partner Off Trade Sales teams to enable short- and long-term decision making through holistic analysis and insights, driving profitable growth and improving relationships with strategic customers in Large-Scale Retail (GDO). Promote a measurement culture to monitor customer and commercial investments (trade terms, promotions,



listings/assortment, in-store activation), highlighting risks and opportunities. Key Responsibilities
- Support Commercial team on plans & decisions (risks & opportunities, ROI analysis, forecasting, product/customer profitability); act as SPOC for Off Trade leadership and partner Group Customer Leads.
- Drive and track Off Trade Revenue Growth Management (RGM) initiatives with RGM / Sales / Channel & Customer (pricing architecture, promo effectiveness, mix, pack-price strategy).
- Challenge commercial proposals to maximize ROI, optimize pricing and promotional mechanics, and ensure sustainable growth.
- Provide pricing guidance aligned with strategy; ensure trade spend accuracy and effectiveness.
- Support annual negotiations and Joint Business Planning with key retailers; manage budget allocation and customer business reviews.
