Safety & Health Specialist Are you a safety and health professional with a passion for compliance and risk management? Join our team as a Safety & Health Specialist, where you'll drive the implementation of safety standards and ensure a safe working environment for all. Implement and promote health and safety strategies in compliance with ISO 45001 and Italian Legislative Decree 81/2008.

Support

Health & Safety reporting system, review and monitor Safety KPIs, and ensure adherence to company policies. Conduct regular site inspections to evaluate safety and health compliance. Develop and execute HSE process improvements, including incident investigation, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and training materials.

Organize and control Safety and Health checks and ensure all documentation (DVR, DUVRI, Safety Procedure...) Conduct occupational Health & Safety mandatory training in coordination with the ASPP of local QSHE team. Support M.D. on Medical Surveillance of workers.

Safety & Health Qualification ex art 37 Italian Law Decree 81/2008 mandatory.

1-2 years of national experience at the same role. Fluent in Italian and English (advanced level). Strong proficiency in MS Office (Advanced user). Proven ability to conduct risk assessments and implement safety standards. Excellent collaboration, process improvement, and training development skills.
