Role

We are looking for a motivated Financial Reporting & Tax Analyst to join the Finance team of Cedacri (ION Group). In this role, you will contribute to the management of accounting and tax activities, ensuring compliance with Italian and international accounting standards, while supporting financial reporting and process improvements within a dynamic and international environment. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams and external advisors,



gaining exposure to complex accounting and tax matters within a global organization.

Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate general ledger accounting in compliance with Italian GAAP (OIC) and international standards (IFRS)
- Support the preparation of statutory and consolidated financial statements
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities

Tax Compliance
- Manage periodic tax obligations including VAT, corporate income taxes, and withholding taxes
- Prepare and review tax filings and related documentation
- Monitor changes in tax and accounting regulations and assess their impact on the company

Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and tax authorities
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper application of tax and accounting rules across business processes

Process Improvement & Systems
- Contribute to the optimization of accounting and tax processes
- Support improvem
