Role Purpose The Sales Manager is responsible for developing Autel's Smart Energy business in Italy by identifying opportunities, acquiring strategic customers, and growing long-term partnerships.

The role combines business development, key account management, commercial negotiation, and market strategy.

The Sales Manager acts as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the complete sales cycle while coordinating internal resources to ensure successful project execution.

This position requires a commercially driven professional with strong business acumen, experience in infrastructure-related industries, and the ability to operate independently in the Italian market within a fast-growing international environment.





Key Responsibilities Business Development • Identify and develop new business opportunities across Italy • Build and execute a structured Italian market development strategy • Develop relationships with Italian CPOs, utilities, energy companies, fleet operators, EPCs, OEMs, distributors, and strategic infrastructure investors • Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline aligned with Italy growth targets Key Account Management • Build long-term relationships with strategic customers and decision makers • Understand customer business models, investment strategies, and operational requirements • Lead commercial negotiations from opportunity identification through contract signature • Ensure high customer satisfaction while maximizing long-term business potential Solution Sales • Develop value-based commercial proposals combining technical and business benefits • Understand customer applications and recommend the most suitable AC and DC charging solutions • Coordinate with Product Management, Technical Sales, Service, and Project Management to deliver customer so
