As a Strategic Sourcing Analyst, you will shape sourcing strategies, challenge assumptions, and enable executive decisions that directly impact cost, risk, and business performance. This is a role for someone who enjoys complexity, data, and influence in a fast‐paced environment. The position acts as a key bridge between data, sourcing execution, and executive decision‐making.

Lead High‐Impact Sourcing Analytics Own end‐to‐end RFQ / RFP processes using best‐in‐class e‐sourcing tools Design complex sourcing events (multi‐lot, scenarios, optionality) Turn Data Into Decisions Gather, structure, and validate data from multiple sources (ERP, sourcing tools, suppliers, market data)



Build advanced Excel‐based models to support strategic choices Support sourcing leaders in negotiation preparation Present insights to procurement leadership, finance, and business leaders Manage supplier relationships and contract execution (pricing & terms, contracts, claims, delivery) Collaborate with internal stakeholders (R&D;, production, supply‐chain, quality, technical) to ensure procurement aligns with business needs and specifications Develop Market Intelligence, provide insights into supplier capabilities, competition, and trends 5+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement analytics Proven exposure to complex, international sourcing and multi‐stakeholder environments Expert‐level knowledge of e‐sourcing platforms (Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Jaggaer or similar) Advanced Excel proficiency Strong data management skills Fluent English is mandatory A high level of autonomy and ownership We are an equal opportunity employer, and we strictly prohibit and do not tolerate discrimination against employees, applicants or any other covered persons because of race, color, religion, national origin or ancestry, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, marital status, gender identity or expression, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any legally protected characteristic. #
