Employment Start Date : Sept 1, 2026 Location: Rossinavi Shipyard (Italy) Contract : Permanent Program : Private and charter Vessel Delivery date : May 2027 We are seeking a captain to take command of a new build 45m explorer yacht to be delivered in May 2027. The ideal candidate will bring new-build experience, a charter background, and experience navigating remote, off-the-beaten-path destinations. This is a unique opportunity to work with active, family-oriented American owners on a private and charter program designed for exploration.

Requirements Master 500gt license or higher Charter experience highly preferred Setting high standards onboard with a professional demeanor Must be able to provide verifiable references Must have valid Schengen visa or EU passport. Valid STCW, ENG1 Must speak English to a high standard Must be willing to comply to a criminal background check prior to employment
