STECONFER, a leading railway construction and maintenance company, is looking for a Business Operations Manager to join our ongoing project in Milan. Lead the strategic and operational management of business activities, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and alignment with company objectives Drive commercial development by identifying new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and expanding market presence Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, revenue growth, margin optimization, and cost control initiatives Define and implement business strategies, operational plans,
