Our end-to-end portfolio includes industry-leading solutions across Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI, Data Center, Networking, Hybrid Cloud, and Professional Services.Job PurposeThe Business Development Manager – HPE Data Center is responsible for driving the growth of the HPE Data Center portfolio by enabling partners, developing pipeline, and executing go-to-market strategies aligned with HPE's business priorities.
This role acts as the key link between HPE, TD SYNNEX, and our partner ecosystem, helping partners identify new opportunities and grow their business across servers, storage, hyperconverged infrastructure, hybrid cloud, AI infrastructure, networking, and Green Lake solutions.Key Responsibilities Drive business development through channel partners, system integrators, and resellers.
Develop and execute the HPE Data Center growth strategy in collaboration with HPE and internal stakeholders.
Build pipeline across HPE Compute, Storage, Private Cloud, Green Lake, Hybrid Cloud, AI Infrastructure, and Networking.
Identify new business opportunities and help partners expand their HPE portfolio.
Position HPE solutions against customer business challenges and digital transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with vendor management, presales, marketing, finance,
and sales teams to deliver successful campaigns and partner enablement activities.
Support partners throughout the sales cycle, from opportunity identification to deal closure.
Build trusted relationships with HPE stakeholders and partner decision makers.Knowledge, Skills and Experience Previous experience in IT distribution, vendor management, business development, or channel sales.
Experience working with HPE solutions is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of the channel ecosystem and indirect sales model.
Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, including servers, storage, hybrid cloud, networking, virtualization, and AI infrastructure.
Experience developing sales pipeline and executing partner growth plans.
