In a period of organizational evolution, the need has arisen for a dedicated Human Resources Organization and Development officer.
Responsibilities
Lead organisational development and translate the business plan into people‑oriented policies.
Design people‑development processes: training, talent management, succession planning and skill development.
Develop performance‑management systems focused on responsibility and continuous improvement.
Support management in organisational change, manager development and employee engagement.
Preside over HR policies and industrial relations within a publicly controlled company.
Benefits
Permanent contract – CCNL Gas‑Acqua.
Position level 8.
Base salary €45,000 plus an additional performance bonus of about €3,000.
Two days of lavoro da remoto per week and flexible working hours.
