As our Sales Business Partner – Central Italy , you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting and developing our travel agency network across the region. In this position, you will report directly to the Area Manager Central Italy, and you’ll be based in Emilia‑Romagna , at the heart of the territory you will oversee. You’ll manage a dedicated portfolio of travel agencies across Central Italy , becoming their strategic reference point and trusted partner. How you’ll live your ambition:
You’ll develop sales in your assigned geographical area and ensure target achievement, delivering service excellence to travel agencies according to our Service Model and tracking activities through our CRM.
You’ll analyze portfolio performance and support the Area Manager in taking critical decisions, providing valuable market insights.
You’ll acquire in-depth knowledge of Costa’s product offering, understanding unique selling points to communicate value effectively and conduct impactful sales presentations.
You’ll identify opportunities to sell, upsell, and cross-sell, maximizing commercial results.
You’ll maintain ongoing communication with travel agencies, supporting them daily to ensure customer satisfaction, collect feedback, address issues, and
