Position
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Korean Content Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary bridge between Musixmatch and our Korean-speaking clients and contributors, handling correspondence,



driving community engagement, and ensuring the highest quality standards for Korean language content on our platform.
What you will do
- Translate and manage communication with Korean-speaking clients and internal stakeholders.
- Actively engage with and grow the Korean contributor community.
- Fulfill client requests with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Provide structured feedback on product issues to support continuous platform improvement.
- Lead recruitment efforts to expand and strengthen the Korean contributor base.
- Conduct Korean language quality assurance to uphold content standards.
- Participate in meetings and calls, providing interpretation support as needed.

Requirements
- Full professional proficiency in both written and spoken Korean and English. Italian is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills: empathy, patience, and clear communication.
