We are looking for a Remote Travel Experience Representative to assist travelers before, during, and after their trips. This role focuses on providing helpful support, coordinating travel details, and ensuring clients have a smooth and positive travel experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms to provide assistance and travel guidance
- Review itineraries, confirm travel arrangements, and assist with updates or general requests
- Provide accurate information about destinations, travel requirements, and agency procedures
- Follow up with travelers before departure to confirm details and answer questions
- Address client concerns professionally and escalation more complex matters when needed

Ideal Candidate




- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Organized and dependable with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using online tools and learning new systems
