We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Service Contract Pricing Analyst to join our After Sales Business Services team. In this role, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of service contract pricing structures, ensuring accurate cost calculations and timely delivery of pricing data. This position offers the opportunity to work in an international automotive environment, collaborating with engineering, product management, pricing, and after‐sales teams to support strategic service programs.

Responsabilities

Collect, consolidate, and manage data required for service contract cost calculations. Retrieve vehicle maintenance program information from After Sales Engineering teams. Prepare and integrate pricing data into dedicated pricing tools. Calculate service contract costs for the client, and new vehicle programs. Ensure pricing updates are delivered according to established annual calendars and milestones.

Support Corporate Service Pricing

Analysts with after‐sales data management. Assist and occasionally train Corporate Product Managers on pricing‐related topics. Maintain and integrate price matrices into pricing documentation and systems. Monitor data quality,



reporting accuracy, and compliance with internal processes.

Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in: Economics Engineering Business Administration Technical Skills Good knowledge of vehicle parts and their functions Knowledge about vehicle maintenance and service procedures Automotive After‐Sales knowledge Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong knowledge of Power Point and Share Point Excellent data analysis and reporting capabilities Strong numerical and calculation skills Experience working with large datasets and pricing calculations Languages English – Advanced French – Advanced Personal Competencies Strong analytical mindset Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Proactive problem‐solving attitude Team‐oriented and collaborative approach Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment Reliability and accountability Ability to perform under pressure Nice To Have Experience in pricing, financial analysis, business analysis, or commercial operations
