The Director of Operations - Italy, is EdgeConneX’s regional operations leader will be accountable for the 24×7×365 performance of all data centres across Italy.



This role is responsible for translating corporate objectives into executable regional plans, leading Campus Managers and site teams through established policies and standards, and driving continuous improvement in operational procedures and practices. The Director will oversee regional budget execution, shapes workforce priorities, and partners closely with cross‑functional stakeholders including, Sales, Engineering, PMO, and Customer teams.
This role requires onsite training and onboarding at one or more EdgeConneX locations. Travel is expected to be significant during the first six months.
Primary Responsibilities
- Own overall operational performance across all Italian data centre sites, including uptime, SLA compliance, PUE, safety, and customer satisfaction, while delivering results in line with company policies and targets.
- Lead Campus Managers across Italy, managing team performance, setting objective
