Role
As a Data & AI Consult Practice Leader at Kyndryl, you will drive the growth and positioning of the Data & AI consulting practice in Italy. You will combine business leadership, industry expertise, and technological vision to help clients unlock value through AI and data‑driven transformation. You will lead business development initiatives, define go‑to‑market strategies, and oversee the delivery of innovative solutions across industries. Acting as a trusted advisor,



you will engage with senior stakeholders to shape transformation roadmaps and ensure measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Growth
- Lead the expansion of the Data & AI consulting business in Italy
- Identify, design, and implement value‑driven solutions tailored to client needs
- Define go‑to‑market strategies and support sales initiatives

Partner & Ecosystem Management
- Build and manage partnerships with key technology vendors (e.g., hyperscalers, data/AI platforms)
- Drive joint initiatives and co‑innovation opportunities

Customer Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
- Define AI and data transformation strategies aligned with business objectives
- Ensure successful delivery of high‑impact consulting engagements

Service Line Leadership
- Define and evolve service offerings, methodologies, and best practices
- Ensure delivery quality and measurable business outcomes
- Foster innovation and continuous improvement within
