Global Process Engineer (GPE) will work closely with the Global Manufacturing Engineering Leader, focusing on developing and deploying global standards to improve the reliability, availability, and performance of Aero Alliance’s manufacturing equipment and processes. The GPE analyzes data and works cross‑functionally to implement proactive measures that improve processes. Responsibilities include cost reduction through standardization, establishing and ensuring adherence to standards, and acting as a focal point for new technology introductions, asset transfers, process introductions and related planning. The GPE coaches and influences a dotted‑line organization of factory manufacturing engineers across Aero Alliance factories, leveraging analytical skills, lean methodology and the guiding principle of “One Product One Process” to drive SQDC in line with business objectives. The role requires strong technical knowledge and extensive exposure to manufacturing, engineering, quality, and safe process development.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop, qualify, and improve manufacturing processes. Define global process and equipment standards and deploy them across Aero Alliance factories, partnering with local factory technical leaders.
- Define, control, and communicate global processes for manufacturing assets, including facility integration, acceptance testing, machine health checks and calibrations, preventative maintenance plans, spare parts strategy, and technical & technology training.
- Validate engineering specifications and shop floor application of new processes, including EHS, Manufacturing Engineers, Engineering, Quality, Materials, Industrialization, and Sourcing.
