/ppAs part of the Milan Building Services Engineering team, you will work closely with mechanical, electrical, structural,

and sustainability specialists to develop integrated engineering solutions from early?stage concept design through to detailed design, construction support, and project completion.

/ph3Key Responsibilities: /h3ulliLead the mechanical engineering design and technical delivery of mission?critical and multidisciplinary building projects /liliManage projects through all stages including feasibility studies, concept design, detailed design, tender support, and construction phase services /liliAct as the lead mechanical engineering contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders /liliDevelop and oversee the design of complex mechanical building systems including: /liliHVAC systems /liliChilled water and cooling systems /liliVentilation and smoke control systems /liliHeating systems /liliHydronic and pipework systems /liliSustainable and energy?efficient building solutions /liliMechanical infrastructure for mission?critical environments /liliCoordinate closely with electrical, structural, architectural, and BIM teams to ensure integrated project delivery /liliLead technical reviews,

design coordination meetings, and engineering workshops /liliSupport the delivery of low?carbon and sustainable engineering strategies across projects /liliMentor and provide technical guidance to junior and intermediate engineers /liliContribute to resource planning, project scheduling, and quality assurance processes /liliEnsure designs comply with local and international standards, client specifications, and industry best practice /liliAssist in identifying innovative technologies and engineering approaches to improve project performance and efficiency /liliBuild and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and technical leadership /li /ulh3Candidate Requirements: /h3ulliBachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Building Services, or Energy Engineering /liliChartered engineer or working towards chartership /liliExtensive experience in mechanical building services engineering /liliProven experience working on Data Centre, Mission Critical, or Industrial Building projects /liliStrong technical understanding of HVAC and mechanical building systems design /liliDemonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary engineering projects /liliAbility to manage projects from conceptual design through to construction and commissioning stages /liliExperience working in BIM/Revit environments; knowledge of parametric design tools would be advantageous /liliStrong understanding of sustainable building design principles and energy?efficient systems /liliFluent written and spoken Italian and English /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
