For an important client for the industry sector we are looking for:Job TitleLogistics Lead EngineerLocationMantovaTypePermanent role, full-timeCompensation PackageCCNL Industria Alimentare, Quadro, Gross Annual Base Salary €******,00.Position SummaryEnsure the successful design, planning, implementation, installation, testing, start-up, rampup and handover of major capital investment projects on the manufacturing site, followingsafety standards, projects charters, design specifications, ways of working & success criteria.Duties- Logistics Automation Oversight: Provide expert technical assistance during the execution,commissioning, and operation of automated warehouse systems, ensuring seamlessintegration with manufacturing and alignment with quality standards- Meet quality expectations.
In the event of a quality problem, rectify it and inform theresponsible manager and involve him/her in the rectification of the problem with immediateactions.
- Carry out all duties in strict compliance with Product Safety, Environmental Management,Occupational Health, and Safety documents, with a specific focus on equipment safety.
- Drive operational eiciency by applying Lean engineering principles to eliminate waste andoptimize material flow within automated systems.
- Carry out the duties specified for the post holder in the Product Safety, EnvironmentalManagement, Occupational Health and Safety and Quality Management System documents.
- Actively oversee and manage project budget, tracking expenditures to ensure major capitalautomation projects are delivered cost-eectively.

- Give coaching and/or instructions to sta on any subject, considering the relevant NestléSafety Standard and rules.

- Proactive approach on your day-to-day tasks, constantly looking room for improvement(Trainings, coaching, follow ups).
- Ensure to comply with project expectations in a timely manner with a professionalapproach.Requirements- Automation Project Experience with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience inengineering development, commissioning, and implementation of automated warehousingsolutions (ASRS, AGVs, high-bay storage, conveyors) within the food or manufacturingindustry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of machine safety (ISO/OSHA standards related to automatedmachinery) to minimize injuries and damages to people and equipment.
- Comprehensive experience in CAPEX budget administration and a proven track record ofapplying Lean engineering methodologies to results-oriented projects- Strong knowledge of logistics, electrical engineering, automation controls(PLCs/SCADA/WMS/WCS), and digital manufacturing operations.
- Ability to promote inclusion and team cooperation and synergy- University Degree in Engineering disciplines (Logistics, Automation, Mechanical,Processes, Industrial engineering or similar)- Fluency in English is required.
