ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the integration of newly acquired companies into the Group by aligning procedures, working methods, and supplier networks.
/li liLiaise with manufacturing sites to plan and oversee the implementation of strategies and guidelines defined by Corporate Management.
/li liConduct on-site visits to ensure that production methods and processes are implemented according to Group standards.
/li liCoordinate and plan production activities and procurement processes in line with headquarters' directives.
/li liAnalyze existing and future machine bills of materials (BOMs).
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Mechanical Engineering or Management Engineering.
/li liFluent English language skills.
/li liWillingness to travel internationally.
/li liKnowledge of a second foreign language.
/li liPrevious experience in manufacturing companies and/or project management roles.
