Your expertise:
More than 5 years of experience as aProject Manager, managing complex projectswithaSAP background
Experience inSupply Chain Execution(EWM, TM, Yard) and/orSupply Chain Planning(IBP, SAC) and/orS/4HANAas a SAP Project Manager and/or Senior Consultant is a strong advantage
Proficiency inProject Management methodology,project planning tools, and techniques; Waterfall and Agile methodologies required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills (nested functions, formulas, text functions) and excellent PowerPoint skills
Strong experience withwork management tools and platforms(Jira, Signavio etc.)
Proficiency inProject Planning– the ability to work with a project team to create a detailed project plan and resource plan from rough order of magnitude documentation
Excellentrelationship-buildingandnetworking skills, and the ability to function successfully in a team environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Italian(other languages such as German, French, Spanish are an advantage)
Readiness to travel if project tasks require it
Role & Responsibilities:
Leading SAP IT projects
Develop and maintainIT project plans, including work breakdown structures,project milestones, critical path analyses,risk assessment and management plans, cost/agevolazioni analyses, staffing plans, project timelines, andproject budgets
Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize the progress of projects
Prepareproject status reports

Drive decisions to ensure the success of projects, taking into accounttiming, risk, functional requirements, and business benefits
