WHAT WE OFFER

Your starting gross annual salary (RAL) will range from €25,500 to €38,500, depending on your experience, qualifications, and academic achievements.
The collective labour agreement (CCNL) applied within Reply is the Italian Metalworking Industry Agreement, with an entry level between C3 and B3, determined according to the same criteria.
Previous experience with cutting-edge technologies such as Quantum Computing,
Physical AI, Agentic AI, Foundation Model and LLM training, fine-tuning, and optimization will be considered a strong asset.

Academic background.
An excellent bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, or related fields.
Initial technical experience.
Some hands-on experience in software development, ideally with Python (gained through academic projects or internships), and familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
Curiosity for Generative AI.
Strong interest in topics such as Prompt Engineering, RAG, and intelligent automation.
