Our guests stay in beautiful villas in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, enjoying authentic Italian cooking classes taught by passionate native chefs.We create more than a holiday — we offer an unforgettable experience filled with Italian food, culture, hospitality and friendship.We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and hands?onAssistant Villa Operations Managerto join our management team at one of our two villas in Tuscany.This is much more than a guest relations role.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will play an important part in the day?to?day running of the villa, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while helping oversee housekeeping, gardens, maintenance and general operational standards.This is a full?time seasonal live?in position from approximately mid?March until mid?November.
Private accommodation and meals while on duty are provided.Your ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with guests before arrival and assist with transfersWelcome guests and ensure they feel comfortable and well cared for throughout their stayLead culinary excursions to local towns, wineries and olive oil producersPrepare the aperitivo and ensure everything is ready for dinnerInspect guest rooms, public areas and gardens to maintain excellent standardsSupervise housekeeping and gardening staff and coordinate their workloadsCoordinate routine maintenance and ensure any issues are dealt with promptlyMonitor villa systems including the pool, heating and irrigationManage breakfast shopping,



cleaning supplies and weekly stock requirementsSupport the Operations Manager with administration and the smooth day?to?day running of the villaWho We're Looking ForWe are looking for someone who combines genuine warmth and hospitality with strong organisational and operational skills.Have a qualification in Hotel Management, Hospitality or TourismHave previous experience in hospitality, boutique hotels, luxury villas or resortsEnjoy both guest interaction and operational managementBe organised, proactive and confident solving problemsBe comfortable supervising and coordinating a small teamHave excellent spoken and written English; some Italian is an advantageHold a valid driver's licenceAlready be authorised to live and work in the European UnionBe available for the full season from mid?March until mid?NovemberBe flexible regarding evenings and weekends during the seasonEnjoy living and working as part of a close?knit team in the Tuscan countrysideBe responsible, service?minded and someone who naturally goes the extra mileApplying as a Couple?
