We're looking for a Founding DevOps / Platform Engineer to build the infrastructure that makes this fast, secure, and scalable, and to own it as the company grows 10x. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liDesign and own our cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), from networking to GPU clusters for training and inference. /li liBuild CI/CD pipelines for backend, mobile, and ML workloads, so we can ship to production in minutes. /li liStand up MLOps foundations: experiment tracking, model registry, automated deployment and monitoring of CV models. /li liImplement observability, incident response, and cost optimization. GPU bills are real money at our stage. /li liOwn security and compliance (GDPR, insurance-grade data handling): secrets, access control, audit trails. /li liBe the technical partner of every engineer on the team and automate away their repetitive work. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul li4+ years in DevOps/SRE/platform roles, ideally in fast-growing product companies. /li liStrong experience with Kubernetes, Terraform (IaC), and at least one major cloud (AWS or GCP). /li liExperience running GPU/ML workloads in production is a strong plus. /li liSolid grasp of security fundamentals and handling sensitive data. /li liAutomation obsession: if you did it twice by hand, you script it the third time. /li liEntrepreneurial mindset: you treat infrastructure as a product. /li liBeing a genius is a strong plus.
