PRIMARY FUNCTION
The Junior Buyer Intern will join the Procurement team and support daily procurement operations, gaining hands-on experience across key purchasing processes within an international and dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Support the creation and update of purchase orders in SAP
- Monitor order confirmations and delivery status
- Assist with invoice checks and support the resolution of discrepancies
- Collect and organize purchasing data and information
- Help prepare reports, presentations, and KPI dashboards
- Maintain procurement documentation and supplier records
- Support the Purchasing team in daily activities and ongoing projects
- Collaborate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure smooth purchasing operations
EDUCATION & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering (preferably Management Engineering), Economics, Business Administration, or related fields and students currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree program and seeking an internship opportunity
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English, any other language is an asset
