Your Mission
As Brand & Marketing Intern, you will join the marketing team led by the Global Head of Marketing, while supporting and collaborating with the Global Brand Manager in the day-to-day activities of the brand at a global level.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams (Retail, Product, Digital, Creative) and with external agencies and partners, contributing to the visibility, attractiveness and relevance of the brand. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how an international brand is built, with direct exposure to global projects from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in-store activations and new store openings, working closely with the Retail team
- Contribute to the production of POP materials and retail assets (visual merchandising, window graphics, menu boards, promotional packaging, product launch materials),
supporting the workflow with the Global creative department
- Support the localization and roll-out of global campaigns and product launches
- Contribute to the execution of offline and online campaigns, local events, partnerships, PR and influencer marketing activities
- Support the coordination of agencies and suppliers: briefs, timelines, material production and deliverable follow-up
- Assist the team with market research, trend analysis, and competitive benchmarking when required.
- Support the organization of creative shootings (photo and video)
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone curious, organized and eager to learn.
- Degree (or final-year student) in Marketing, Communication, Economics or related fields
- Extremely organized and reliable: project management is your passion
- Proactivity, hands-on approach and attitude to thrive in a fast-evolving scale-up environment
- Curiosity and analytical thinking, with a willingness to use data and insights to guide decisions
- A true passion for brands, food and culture — you notice the details others miss
- Excellent knowledge of English and Italian (working language); other European languages are a plus
- Familiarity with basic tools (Google Workspace);
