The Sustainability Performance & Engagement Manager supports Bottega Veneta’s sustainability strategy by leading sustainability reporting, regulatory compliance, stakeholder engagement, and internal awareness initiatives. Partnering closely with senior leadership and business teams, the role translates sustainability requirements into business actions, strengthens sustainability culture, and ensures effective implementation across the organization.
Sustainability Reporting & Impact Disclosure
Lead sustainability reporting and ESG disclosure activities, ensuring data accuracy, reporting integrity, and compliance with Kering and regulatory requirements.
Support Digital Product Passport readiness and related data governance initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement of sustainability data quality, controls, and reporting processes.
Sustainability Regulations & Governance
Monitor emerging sustainability regulations and assess their business impact.
Identify compliance gaps and coordinate mitigation and implementation actions with key stakeholders.
Sustainability Engagement & Capability Building
Lead sustainability engagement, awareness, and change management initiatives across the organization.
Design and deliver onboarding programs, training sessions, and workshops on key sustainability topics, including regulations, Kering Standards, responsible sourcing, traceability, circularity, and social compliance.
Manage internal sustainability communications, awareness campaigns,



and employee engagement activities.
Promote a strong sustainability culture through learning programs, events, and initiatives that support the House’s sustainability priorities.
Lead sustainability engagement, training, and capability-building initiatives for retail teams worldwide.
Develop tools, educational materials, and resources to strengthen sustainability knowledge and client-facing engagement and communication.
Support the integration of sustainability into client engagement and customer experiences.
Gather insights from retail teams and clients to continuously enhance sustainability communication, storytelling, and impact
Partner with internal teams and external agencies to embed sustainability into fashion shows and events.
Provide guidance on sustainable materials, circularity solutions, environmental impact reduction, and responsible end-of-life management.
Measure, monitor, and report event-related environmental impacts, including greenhouse gas emissions.
Strategic Partnership & Leadership Support
Represent the Sustainability team in cross-functional forums and working groups, building strong partnerships and influencing key stakeholders across the organization.
Support the evolution of the House’s sustainability roadmap, priorities, and capabilities.
7-10 years of experience in sustainability,



ESG, environmental management, consulting, or related fields.
~ Strong expertise in sustainability reporting, ESG disclosures, and sustainability regulations.
~ Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex sustainability requirements into practical business actions.
~ Proven track record of leading cross-functional sustainability initiatives in international environments and driving alignment across diverse stakeholders.
~ Comfortable engaging with senior leadership and representing sustainability topics at an executive level.
~ Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.
