ph3Global Program Manager – Sprinklr /h3pSprinklr is an AI‑native platform for Unified Customer Experience Management that helps enterprises deliver consistent customer experiences across social media, marketing, advertising, feedback, and omnichannel contact center management. /ph3Job Overview /h3pLead a strategic enterprise program for a public‑sector client in Milan, Italy, managing the end‑to‑end delivery while working from the client site three days a week. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliOwn and manage one strategic enterprise program for a public‑sector client, coordinating the retained team and controlling program scope, change control processes, risks, issues, and mitigation plans. /liliPartner with consulting teams, leaders and other internal departments or regional teams to coordinate and drive delivery. /liliEnsure that overall program is effective, running individual projects according to schedule and staying within budget. /liliDevelop relationships and ensure the participation of key client and internal stakeholders and executives. /liliDevelop knowledge of the Sprinklr platform components and module synergies to create realistic project plans and high‑level solutions. /liliEnsure each project is reported and forecasted accurately to all stakeholders. /liliManage client service expectations and drive measurable outcomes for the client. /liliSet the tone for the team and strive for quality and excellence in all aspects of delivery. /liliProvide weekly project status and burn reports to relevant stakeholders. /liliMaintain awareness of the current industry environment that shapes opportunities for client solutions. /li /ulh3Experience Qualifications /h3ulliExperience managing enterprise SaaS programs for government, public‑sector, or highly regulated clients. /liliAbility to operate from the customer premises three days per week, manage executive interactions, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. /liliExtensive client‑management experience with business owners and executive‑level clients.
