Location: Vada, Maharashtra

EXPECTATIONS

1. Heading operations & supply chain of Fast growing fastener manufacturing division
2. Technological up-gradation, Automation and Capacity expansion on global scale.
3. To lead the team for implementation of various operational excellence initiatives like Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, leading to Business Excellence.
4. Contribute significantly in Employee satisfaction and Customer Satisfaction.

EXPERIENCE

1. Minimum 12 - 25 years experience, out of which 5 years of proven track record at Sr Management level in a fast growing world class fastener manufacturing organization
2. Exposure to fasteners, operations, manufacturing, Vendor development, sales and support functions
