Junior Legal Counsel - External Consultant
About the job
We are looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to join the Legal team.
You will report to the Legal Counsel and provide legal expertise on the drafting, negotiation and implementation of a wide range of commercial agreements, regulatory matters and corporate compliance.
Main Tasks
- Working closely with the General Counsel in the assessment and management of legal affairs focusing on commercial, contractual and regulatory matters
- Providing general, commercial legal and regulatory advice in multiple jurisdictions
- Drafting and negotiating domestic and international agreements, including real estate leases, distribution, franchising, agency, service and license agreements
- Instructing and managing external legal counsels
- Applying combined business and legal judgment to proposed deals, strategic relationships and other issues requiring legal or compliance attention




- Working with the business team as a business partner to identify opportunities to drive business forward
- Maintaining the legal archive
- Providing operational support in corporate governance
- Assisting in the implementation and update of corporate compliance, specifically regarding Legislative Decree 231/01 and Data Protection (GDPR)
- NdA, LoI, Sponsorship and Marketing
- Conduct legal research

Profile
- 3+ in a similar role, preferably in the fashion/luxury industry
- Lawyer qualification is mandatory
- Fluency in English
- Attention to details and accuracy
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to deliver high-quality work under deadlines
- Good negotiation and analytical skills
- High degree of autonomy and ability to work in team
