MainStreaming S.p.A. is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive satisfaction and retention for its CDN and video streaming solutions. You will partner with enterprise customers to understand needs, guide adoption, and uncover growth opportunities.

In this role you will lead onboarding, provide training, monitor health metrics, and coordinate with Sales, Product and Support to ensure a best-in-class customer experience. Fluency in English is required; Italian language skills are a plus.
