Aman Rosa Alpina in the Italian Dolomites is seeking a Head Sommelier to lead the wine culture across all F&B; outlets, private dining experiences and bespoke events. You will mentor Sommeliers, collaborate with the culinary team, and drive profitability with operating excellence while upholding Aman’s hospitality standards.

You will curate a world-class wine program, manage the cellar, optimise stock and pricing, and deliver personalised guest experiences with exceptional service and knowledge.
