This is a place where you can find a career with meaningful purposeu2014improving lives through your lifeu2019s work.nn nn nn nnAbout the role: nn nnThis role is part of a rapidly growing EMEA organization responsible for selling service contracts on Capital Equipment in hospitals and providing support through preventive maintenance, Upgrades, and Repair quotes, as well as contract bookings. nnThe Capital Equipment Technical Services and service organization has undergone a large business transformation program, called Magellan, which will require ensuring data input to the new system, conducting complete control checks, and coordinating with other functions to ensure data and service entitlement accuracy. nnIn this role, youu2019re responsible for booking service contracts, ensuring ad-hoc billable quotes are completed on time, and the completeness and accuracy of service cases/work orders upon closure in the GSMS/SAP environment. nn nn nnResponsibilities include, but are not limited to: nn nn * Quote handeling nnnnn * Collaboration with key stakeholders in the service organization. nnnnn * Coordination of activities related to service operations. nnnnn * SAP transactions nnnnn * Maintaining daily workload/dashboards/incoming communication nnnnn nn nnAdministrative tasks include but are not limited to: nn nn * Booking services contracts nnnnn * Billable quotes/Preventative Maintenance quotes nnnnn * Technical Services Assistance (TAC)
requests nnnnn * Occasional Credits and re-billing nnnnn * Collection of required data to complete service-related quality records. nnnnn * Administrating and archiving quality records into our service system Servicemax. nnnnn * Responsible for install base investigations/corrections. nnnnn * Perform other administrative tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of service activities. nnnnn nn nnRequired Basic Qualifications: nn nn * Strong written and verbal communication skills. nnnnn * Education level: Higher vocational level. nnnnn * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multi-cultural environment. nnnnn * Strong analytical problem-solving skills, self-motivated attitude. nnnnn * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). nnnnn * Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work. nnnnn * Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks. nnnnn * Fluent in English, any other language is a nice addition nnnnn nn nnPreferred additional Qualifications: nn nn * Experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a project-based environment. nnnnn * Experience in SAP is a pre nnnnn * Technical aptitude and business systems management experience. nnnnn * Experience in GSMS, Servicemax, or sales force nice to have. nnnnn nn nn nn nnWe, Boston Scientific, are an equal employment opportunity employer.
