Descrizione del lavoro

Fornire supporto al Senior Fund Manager e al suo team nelle seguenti attività:

- Predisposizione del Business Plan del Fondo e dei relativi aggiornamenti periodici, inclusa l’elaborazione di scenari di sensitività.
- Preparazione della documentazione necessaria per comitati, organi deliberativi e investitori.
- Gestione delle relazioni con le funzioni Finance, Asset Management e Valuation.

Qualifiche

- Percorso accademico eccellente in discipline economico‑finanziarie; un Master in Real Estate costituisce un plus.
- Preferibilmente pregressa esperienza nel settore real estate, in ambito fund, investment o transaction (es. società di gestione del risparmio, consulenza).
- Competenze in financial modelling.
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata.
- Ottima padronanza di Excel, Word e PowerPoint.
