As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and managing user-generated content to ensure compliance with community standards for our Spanish-speaking audience.

Key Responsibilities

- Moderate and evaluate user-generated content in Spanish to ensure adherence to community guidelines.
- Accurately classify content based on established policies and moderation standards.
- Identify and report inappropriate content or policy violations to the relevant teams.
- Provide insights on content trends and user interactions to improve moderation strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to refine and enhance moderation processes.




- Stay current with company policies related to content moderation and community engagement.

- Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Prior experience in content moderation or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently apply guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey moderation decisions.
- Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and discretion.
- Familiarity with online platforms and moderation tools is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
