Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients regarding the online streaming platform via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about account management, subscription plans, content availability, and troubleshooting.
- Handle complaints and technical issues with professionalism and efficiency to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on unresolved issues as needed.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex problems and enhance service quality.
- Stay informed about new content releases and platform features to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
- Gather customer feedback to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the entertainment or tech industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on providing excellent customer experiences.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers in a user-friendly manner.
- Proficient in customer support software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
