Cooper Consumer Health Italy is seeking a motivated R&D; Officer to join our Research & Development team in Monza. You will support new cosmetics, healthcare products, and medical devices from concept to launch, collaborating across Marketing, Regulatory, QA, Operations and Supply Chain.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a related field and 0–2 years in R&D; or formulation, with English proficiency. This role offers a dynamic, collaborative environment and growth opportunities.
