* Support in defining and leading the digital commercial strategy to maximize sales and performance across eCommerce platforms.* Coordinating the Digital Store eCommerce Traders and Assistants team, ensuring effective management of daily activities, priorities, and capability development.* Overseeing the daily performance of digital platforms, ensuring commercial freshness, the right promotional balance, and a strong focus on the customer experience.* Collaborating with Merchandising, Marketing, Social, and Digital Content to develop campaigns, commercial themes, and promotions aligned with business goals.* Analyzing performance, customer insights, and market trends to identify growth opportunities, new commercial concepts, and areas for continuous improvement.* Sharing best practices and results with local and international stakeholders, fostering alignment, innovation, and acceleration of the digital business.* He
