CAREL is seeking a skilled IoT support specialist to join the Digital – IoT team. You will provide specialized technical support for IoT solutions, help troubleshoot devices, gateways, cloud platforms and app integrations, and analyze logs and telemetry.

You will collaborate with R&D;, Quality, Operations, Sales and Service to improve product reliability, support processes, and customer satisfaction across the full solution lifecycle, including documentation and training.
