The Candidate
The ideal candidate is a highly skilled and organized visual storyteller who knows how to turn travel experiences into compelling online content that sells. This person will own the photo and visual merchandising process, from planning shoots and briefing photographers to selecting images, shaping the product story, and improving the customer’s path to purchase.
Responsibilities
Visual Storytelling & Photography
- Build a network of freelance photographers across Europe
- Build photography standards which create a visual theme for images across our platform
- Build pre-sets which create uniform theme of images
- Plan and coordinate photoshoots for tours, experiences, destinations, and partner products.
- Source, brief, manage, and evaluate photographers to ensure brand-quality visual assets.
- Create the visual storyline for each product, ensuring photos clearly communicate the experience, value, and customer expectations.
Online Merchandising & Product Presentation
- Improve product pages by AB testing the strongest images
- Survey customers and focus groups to identify what visual moment is needed to drive conversions
- Collaborate with copywriters to match images with headlines and content
- Audit live product pages to identify weak visuals, missing content, or unclear customer messaging.
- Leverage AI (Claude) to audit images across our site and identify areas of improvement
- Partner with Product, Marketing, CX, and Partner teams to ensure product pages are accurate, attractive, and conversion-focused.
Desired Experience
4+ years working in e-commerce, online merchandising, content production, or visual marketing.
4+ Experience coordinating photoshoots, photographers, creative briefs, or visual asset production.
4+ Experience working with website content, product pages, travel products, or customer-facing sales content.
Tourism, hospitality, marketplace, or travel industry experience is a plus.
Desired Skills
- Fluent in English
- Proficient using AI and Adobe tools to improve images
- Experience using Monday.com, Asana, or other project management tools
What we offer:
- Permanent Contract
- Salary Range: RAL €35,000-€40,000
- Meal vouchers (€7 per day) in accordance with internal company policy
