Element Biosciences seeks an experienced Field Applications Scientist to support our growing customer base in the EMEA region. The role requires deep expertise with NGS library construction, cell biology, and sequencing workflows to drive customer success.

The successful candidate will be based in Italy, travel frequently to customer sites (up to 80%), provide technical training, collaborate with distributors, and relay market feedback to product teams to shape future solutions.
