Specialista Senior / Project Manager

In this role you oversee end-to-end order management within a manufacturing setting, coordinating project execution from quotation to shipment. You collaborate across planning, engineering, quality, and logistics to meet milestones, customer requirements, and business objectives while upholding quality and operational excellence. You drive cross-functional alignment, assess changes and risks, and support site visits and customer interactions. The role offers impact through continuous improvement and tight integration with manufacturing operations.

- Support quotation review including customer requirements, technical specs, lead times, and production capabilities
- Manage full project execution from order entry to delivery, aligning with customer expectations
- Coordinate with planning, operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, and logistics to hit milestones
- Lead internal kickoff meetings and foster cross-functional collaboration
- Review customer documentation and change requests, assessing schedule and cost impacts
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans




- Support customer meetings, inspections, and site visits as a production contact
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, customer specs, and Emerson procedures
- Provide status updates and insights to stakeholders for informed decisions
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and satisfaction
- Degree or equivalent practical experience in engineering, manufacturing, project management, or related field
- Professional experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, operations, or project-driven environment
- Ability to interpret technical information, specifications, and customer requirements
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Effective communication and stakeholder management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Demonstrated problem-solving and independent working with cross-functional collaboration
