Specialista Senior / Project Manager

In this role, you will support the deployment of the quality strategy within a nuclear project unit, ensuring compliance with nuclear regulations and sustainable operations. You will collaborate with engineering, project management and operations to maintain quality performance and drive continuous improvement. You will analyze quality data and support audits, trainings, and customer quality activities across the project lifecycle. This is a hands-on role that blends QA excellence with cross-functional teamwork to achieve world-class quality outcomes.

- Support implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System within nuclear projects
- Collaborate with engineering, project management and operations to ensure quality requirements and regulations are met
- Perform qualification tasks, internal audits and monitoring to identify risks and improvement opportunities




- Analyze quality data and performance indicators to identify root causes and corrective actions
- Support customer quality reviews, inspections, and qualification activities throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare and deliver quality-related training and promote a culture of quality, safety and continuous improvement
- Drive preventive and corrective action plans and follow up within multidisciplinary teams
- Bachelor or Master in Engineering (minimum)
- at least 2 years of experience
- knowledge of Quality Management Systems, auditing methodologies, and continuous improvement principles
- familiarity with highly regulated environments (nuclear, energy, industrial automation, or process industries)
- analytical, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities
- communication in Italian and English
- proactive team player with continuous improvement mindset
