Job Purpose:
As a Cloud Solution Architect, you support our Sales Specialist team in advising prospects and customers on Exoscale services. You lead architectural discussions, design tailored cloud solutions, and ensure technical excellence throughout the customer journey.
What you do:
- Advise prospects and customers on their adoption and optimal use of Exoscale services.
- Deliver technical demonstrations, including application design, architecture patterns, integration strategies, and deployment options.
- Support technical engagements with partners and customers by providing expertise, enablement, and solution validation.
- Collaborate closely with Sales teams to secure customer projects, proposals, and public or private tenders.
- Continuously enhance your cloud technology expertise to maintain a high standard of quality in customer, partner, and internal engagements.
- Engage with engineering teams to contribute to product roadmap discussions and provide field feedback.
- Travelling and visiting customer premises is required.
What you offer:
- Strong understanding of cloud computing technology and infrastructure, Kubernetes as well as experience in designing and migrating applications to the cloud.
- Strong understanding of tools and services for all areas of cloud computing, such as data and networks.
- Certifications in relevant cloud technologies are an advantage.
- Experience in preparing and responding to public and private sector tenders.
- Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation abilities.
