Primary objective of the job:

The Group Technology Project Manager is a critical leader in this journey, overseeing high-impact technology projects across infrastructure, systems and applications, with a particular focus on IT project deployments, product activation and rollout, lifecycle projects and telecoms/fiber network expansion initiatives.

In this role, you will own the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, managing diverse teams, and navigating complex challenges to drive successful delivery. Your leadership will be essential in fostering collaboration, driving innovation, and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders and external partners.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strategic Project Leadership
- Lead and execute high-priority technology and telecom infrastructure projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline and budget
- Align projects with the organization’s strategic goals to drive innovation, digital transformation, and operational efficiency
- End-to-End Project Management




- Oversee all phases of project management: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure
- Manage scope, budget, timelines, risks, resources, and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Drive successful outcomes for projects in technology/IT deployments, lifecycle management, product rollout and network expansion
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Digital, Commercial, Customer Care, Finance, HR and external partners
- Represent Technology confidently in key discussions, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project priorities
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work effectively within a matrix-managed environment, coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
