As a Senior Recruiter with primary focus on Europe, you will execute effective talent acquisition programs, processes and solutions that will attract the right talent for the organization.Main responsabilities:Full cycle recruitment for a broad range of team disciplines for BIC in multiple global locationsManages the overall candidate experience,
coaches hiring managers on the process and implements recommendations for continuous improvementBrings new and innovating sourcing pipelines; partners with other stakeholders like universities and peer companies to increase candidate flowUses social media sites to promote the BIC employer brand, post jobs and engage candidatesExecutes candidate workflow within Applicant Tracking System, SuccessFactors, LinkedIn RecruiterMonitors and reduces the costs of the recruitment processQualifications5+ years' recruiting experience; including experience in a corporate recruiting role and/or in an agency/search firm roleFluency in English & Italian, any other language a plus Experience with tools and technology such as Success Factors, LinkedIn Recruiter or similar functionality is requiredInternational recruitment experiencePast experience in the FMCG sector is a plusExcellent written & verbal communication, relationship building, multi-tasking, organizational, presentation, collaboration, follow-up, and negotiating skillsA proven ability
