By combining industry expertise with a commitment to sustainability, we help our brands redefine design and craft eyewear that captivates consumers worldwide.Job DescriptionHow you will contributeManage marketing budget controlling activities, ensuring adherence to approved budgets and close monitoring with relevant stakeholders to maintain alignment with company decisions and priorities.Coordinate and lead the end-to-end execution of 360 Marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery, cross-functional alignment, and consistent implementation across the market.Monitor business performance and support the Sales team in identifying growth opportunities and developing recovery plans when needed.Coordinate cross-functional projects by liaising with the relevant stakeholders and ensuring timely execution in line with the manager's guidance.Proactively support the Marketing, Communication, and Graphic Design teams in identifying strategic initiatives aimed at improving business performance and profitability.Perform detailed analyses of sales activities and marketing campaigns, preparing reports and insights for the manager as well as the Marketing and Sales teams.Conduct ongoing market research to assess brand perception, analyze competitors,
