The group is part of the Como Lake Institute of Photonics (CLIP) at the Department of Science and High Technology.This position is funded by the ERC Consolidator Grant QuNIm, which investigates how entangled photons can enhance multiphoton light-matter interactions.
Applications span nonlinear imaging and biophotonics, with a particular focus on two-photon absorption and second-harmonic generation.ResponsibilitiesThis is a full-time on-site role located in Como for a Postdoctoral Researcher in Quantum/Nonlinear Optics.
The successful candidate will design and implement experimental setups for the generation and characterization of bright squeezed states using intense ultrafast lasers,



to enable entanglement-driven two-photon absorption and second harmonic generation.
