Deliver an exceptional, relationship-focused banking experience to UNFCU's premier and high-net-worth members. Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact, and build and deepen member relationships through proactive outreach, consultative financial conversations, and personalized service solutions. Independently resolve complex member inquiries, account and loan issues, and executive-level escalations while ensuring timely follow-through and service recovery. Partner closely with internal business units, including Mortgage, Wealth Management, and Member Experience teams, to identify opportunities that support members' financial goals and strengthen long-term engagement with UNFCU.

This role is only open to current employees working in the Rome or Vienna Offices. This is a hybrid position, with the expectations of being on-site twice a week.

Rome office: This position is governed by the Italian Banking Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Credito). The gross annual salary for this position is expected to be in the range of EUR 52,700 – EUR 65,930,



depending on the candidate’s qualifications, professional experience and skills.

Vienna office: The gross annual salary for this position is expected to be in the range of EUR 52,700 – EUR 65,930, depending on the candidate’s qualifications, professional experience and skills.

Employees in roles that are currently placed in the same salary grade as the role offered will retain their existing salary if selected for the position, as the transition will be a lateral transfer.
